Rizzo Realty Group is proud to announce their new Property Management Division, RRGPM! We have studied the market and existing property management companies in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and we found that many of them were lacking in several areas. We wanted to go above and beyond for our clients, just like we have always promised. We took the best aspects of the existing companies in the area, left out the worst aspects, and improved upon the rest. We are a full service division that can handle everything you need. Whether you are a 2nd home owner, investor, tenant, or prospective tenant, we have services to help you. We even do Vacation Rentals! Here are some of our services:

• Provide expert knowledge of the real estate market and provide requested market analysis for Clients.
• Complete screenings of any new prospective resident
• Execute contracts between tenant and Broker.
• Advertise the property
• Show the property to potential tenants
• Be present day of tenant move in to set standard of involvement
• Provide all tenant paperwork, including application and lease
• Collect the rent
• Deal with late payments, partial payments and no payments/Evictions
• Handle emergency repairs
• Survey the property completely at least once every 2 months
• Assign any routine maintenance. Note any larger problems.
• Provide Management Reports summarizing accounting & maintenance performed, services and fees.
• Obtain, analyze and present to the home-owner a minimum of three bids for any major work to be performed.
• Provide 24-hour emergency access, 365 days a year.
• We take pride in our customer service responsibilities and promise to return all calls within 24 hours of receipt.
